Good morning Bill, from Sunny Sooke...

Just wanted to let you know that the facia gutters were installed on Saturday morning. Roger of Aeriel Roofing has just completed the roofing job on Friday so we could not have asked for better service. In fact Roger has not installed the drip edge flashing on the back side of the roof but was able to complete that this morning. The new roof and gutters look fantastic and will certainly serve us well this fall and winter when the rains begins to fall.

Thanks again for doing such a great job in such short order. If you need a reference please do not hesitate to ask or to send any possible Sooke clients around to see the terrific gutters and down pipes that you installed.

"Took them a while to get to me in James Bay but it was well worth the wait. New gutters with guards and downspouts were installed despite a storm on the day of installation.. One of the downspouts needed adjusting near the bottom and a guy actually came back and did it on New Years Eve. Would totally recommend Irwin."

From the first time I met you in 2015, through when Kathlyn came out to give an estimate, to the very end, and last screw was installed by Marshall and Helen, thank you so much.

You can be so proud of your people. And Marshall and Helen, I can't say enough about. I will say he really knows his stuff.

Can't thank you enough --

From the day I called you and got Jill on the phone, all I said was HELP! So good to talk too. Then meeting Ron when you came out to access my ancient down spouts (not quite as old as me but close).

I feel terrible not remembering the fellow who did the installing. Not much talking, more working. All of you are great "people persons" and it was so enjoyable dealing with each and everyone of you.

You do the company proud in all aspects.

I just need to do a little paint touch up here & there but all is great as far as I can see.

I wish you many more years of continues success. So happy you were recommended to me. I will also pass that on.
